Description
Dr Sébastien Lobet is a Physiotherapist and Researcher at the Haemostasis and Thrombosis Unit of the Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, Université Catholique de Louvain, Brussels, Belgium. He is the past chairman of the Physiotherapy Group of EAHAD. His research focuses on musculoskeletal assessment and functional evaluation of haemophilic arthropathy using three-dimensional gait analysis. Author of over 70 peer-reviewed publications, he also co-developed the ACTIVLIM-Hemo score for assessing activity limitations in people with haemophilia. Dr Lobet has received multiple awards, including the Henri Horoszowski Memorial Award of the WFH, the “Heroes in Haemophilia” Award, and the WFH Clinical Research Grant. His work combines clinical expertise and innovative research to improve rehabilitation outcomes in haemophilia care.
